My ADP (New Users)
1. Upon hiring, you will receive a registration link to the email listed on your application on how to create a log in to My ADP. If you did not see the link, or need a new one sent, please reach out to 1st Assist. *If you do not use a computer to create an account, it will ask for a registration code, to which, we do not obtain. You MUST use a computer to create the account in order to bypass the "registration code".

2. On a computer open this link, and begin creating an account.
* If it says that it cannot find you under our company, it could be that a phone number has changed or various companies are linked under your name. Please contact 1st Assist.

3. After creating an account, download the My ADP Mobile app and sign in to view paystubs and your information.

My ADP (Forgotten password and username)
1. If you forgot your password or username, you will have to call 1st Assist for further assistance, as we are the only ones able to call our ADP company to resolve the issue. It must be a three way call in order to ensure HIPPA policies are met.
